I worked with Ali Abdaal (5.5+ million subscribers on YouTube & New York Times Bestselling Author) over a 6 week sprint to build out the community, work on a live productivity cohort (called the Life Productivity System), and implement a productivity coaching programme that involved hiring & training 4 productivity coaches into the team.
At launch, we purposefully decided to cap sales at 500 people to ensure we can iteratively build out Productivity Lab alongside the members, gather feedback, and re-launch at the beginning of the next quarter.
We sold out all 500 places in less than 48 hours (the fastest sale Ali has ever had) making ~$500,000.
All of this was in addition to the almost 15,000 people we welcomed into the community as part of the free-for-all section, that gives Ali’s audience access to additional free resources, recordings, and discussion groups.
